FASTLIVR is a digital logistics platform that enables users in Côte d’Ivoire to send parcels between cities without leaving their home.

Customers schedule shipments online, pay via Mobile Money, and benefit from home pickup and real-time tracking. Fastlivr leverages existing intercity transport companies to move parcels, optimizing unused cargo capacity and formalizing a large, fragmented informal market.

Business Model: Fastlivr generates revenue through a dual model: a 5% commission on each shipment and a fixed pickup fee averaging $1.75 per order. This asset-light approach ensures strong unit economics, with approximately $2 revenue per parcel and scalable margins as volume increases.

Operations: The platform connects customers, pickup agents, and transport partners. Once an order is placed, a local agent collects the parcel and assigns it to the nearest partner station using an internal routing system. Transport companies handle intercity delivery, while Fastlivr manages tracking, payments, and customer experience via its dashboard.

With low capital requirements, strong margins, and a growing demand for reliable logistics, Fastlivr is positioned to become the leading intercity delivery infrastructure in West Africa.

• Emmanuel KILI, CEO and founder, responsible for business operations and strategy. Former consultant at Capgemini Engineering and holder of a Master’s degree in Management from the Grande Ecole program at Emlyon Business School (2022)
• Augustin SELETE, Full-Stack Web & Mobile Developer, responsible for developing the software architecture. Holder of a Advanced Technician's Certificate (BTS), in ComputerEngineering at Cefat-Inter-Institute(2023)
