Project Pitch
FRES is an AI‑powered, platform that optimises Rwanda's emergency response by connecting patients, community responders, and ambulances all through dispatch centre—targeting 80% of critical cases within 20 minutes to address urban-rural disparities where 39% exceed the golden hour. Business Model: B2G mainly SaaS licensing to Ministries of Health, plus implementation fees. Private hospitals pay monthly subscriptions.
Operations:
Phase 0 (Now): MVP validation with prototype (patient intake, dispatch, navigation, kit collection).
Phase 1 (Q1 2026): Rural core deployment, centralised dispatch, health worker expansion plan.
Phase 2: Data collection for AI optimisation (locations, response outcomes).
Phase 3: Intelligent patient location (landmark modeling).
Phase 4: Pan-Africa SaaS scaling (Uganda, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Tanzania). Traction: Rwanda MoH MoU signed (2-year co‑design), SFH LOI for primary care integration, Total 3-year investment: €8M.

IVS Health’s core team blends clinical, technical, business, and execution expertise to design and scale impactful health solutions. CEO & Co‑founder Mo Ibrahim, with dual master’s degrees in Global Health and Bioentrepreneurship, leads overall strategy and government partnerships.
CBDO Julius Nurmenniemi, a medical doctor with a Master’s in Bioentrepreneurship, drives business development, commercial models, and key stakeholder relations.
CTO Alaaddin Sorkati, holding a Master’s in Mechatronics and 6+ years of software development experience, oversees platform architecture, security, and integrations.
Co‑founder and Communications Lead Franciska Koszas, with a Master’s in Business Administration and International Marketing, manages brand, strategic communication, and partner engagement.
Head of Capacity & Learning Innovation Elisabeth Eloranta, a nurse specialist with Master’s degrees in Global Health and Disaster Management, designs clinical pathways, training programs, and implementation for frontline staff.
Chief Research Officer Sara Mahmoud, a PhD in AI and Data Science, leads our AI, data, and evidence generation strategy.
